These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrainFlow mobile app (the "Service"), operated by SA Academy ("TrainFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TrainFlow is a training log that connects you with your personal trainer: your trainer builds and assigns programs, and you use the app to view them, log your workouts, and message your trainer. It is a record-keeping and coaching tool, not a marketplace, and not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The Service is intended for users 16 and older. Don't create an account if you're under 16.
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and access

Access to training content is tied to a subscription your trainer manages on your behalf. The Service does not process payments or sell anything through the app itself — any billing arrangement between you and your trainer happens outside the Service. Trainers may activate, adjust, or deactivate a subscription; contact your trainer with billing questions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to access another user's account, programs, or messages.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security.
• Use the "Contact Us" feature to send spam, abusive content, or anything unrelated to your training.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit — your profile details, workout logs, and messages. By submitting it, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it back to you and your trainer for the purpose of operating the Service. 6. Health and safety

TrainFlow is a training log, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before starting any new training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. Programs and targets shown in the app are set by your trainer; you're responsible for using judgment about your own body and stopping if something feels wrong. You use the Service, and undertake any training program shown in it, voluntarily and at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The TrainFlow app, website, and branding are owned by SA Academy. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our trademarks, logos, or software beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or deactivate your account for violating these Terms, at your trainer's request, or if your subscription lapses. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like ownership and liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SA Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury from exercise performed based on a program shown in the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated in-app.
