Data Export

Last updated: 21 August 2026

You can ask for a copy of the personal data TrainFlow holds about you at any time. This page explains what's included, how to request it, and what to expect.

1. What's included

  • Account information — your name, email, country iso + mobile number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo link.
  • Training history — the programs assigned to you, the workouts and sets you've logged, and the weights, reps, and rest times recorded against them.
  • Subscription status — your current and past subscription records as managed by your trainer.
  • Support messages — the "Contact Us" conversations you've had with your trainer.

See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.

2. How to request it

Either of the following works:

  • In the app, go to Profile → Contact Us, choose "Other inquiry," and ask for a data export.
  • Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing account data.

3. Format and delivery

We compile your data into a readable file (PDF or spreadsheet, depending on what's requested) and send it to the email address on your account.

4. Timeframe

We aim to fulfill export requests within 30 days. If it will take longer for an unusually large request, we'll let you know.

5. Deleting your data instead

If you'd rather have your account and data removed than exported, you can do this yourself from Profile → Delete Account in the app — see Account Deletion for exactly what's removed, what's kept, and why.
